About Me
My background includes medical anthropology, psychology, health & nutrition, mindfulness-based therapies, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and solution-focused approaches.
I’m particularly interested in how we relate to difficult thoughts, build healthier routines, reconnect with what matters, and navigate life in ways that feel more meaningful and manageable.
My approach draws on principles from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused counselling skills, behaviour change, and practical wellbeing support to help people feel more able to navigate life in ways that fit who they are and what matters to them.
Along side my private practice, I have worked with organisations internationally (including Lift Confidence PT in Manchester UK, Fitmate CA, Heidi Viles Cycling UK, NeuroMed Tinnitus Clinic, CA) helping individuals improve their relationship with their thoughts and day to day life for the better.
I am a member of the International Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (ICPS) and committed to working ethically, compassionately, and within the scope of my training.
